Is an online valuation enough?
An online tool gives you a ballpark figure. For a reliable asking price, a visit is still essential, and that is what I offer.
How long does the visit take?
Usually between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the size of the property.
Do I need to prepare any documents?
If you have them: the EPC (PEB certificate, official page in French), floor plans, the cadastral income and, for an apartment, the co-ownership service charges. They are not required for the first visit.
